Are there any fees if I repay my trailer loan early?
No. Trailer loans offered in Quebec are generally open loans, which means you can repay them in full or in part at any time without fees or penalties. By paying off your loan earlier, you directly reduce the total interest amount and become the owner of your trailer faster.

- Can you deliver the trailer?

Rentals
- What is included in a rental trailer?
Our rental trailers include insurance, license plate, one filled propane tank, and all essentials for camping (water, electricity, and sewage hookups). - What is the cost of renting a trailer?
Rates vary depending on the number of nights and the type of trailer chosen. Generally, the daily price ranges from $149 to $200, plus taxes. - How do I start the reservation process?
You can book directly online here or contact us by email to get more information and begin your reservation. - Can I tow the rental trailer with my vehicle?
Check that your vehicle has a towing capacity of 5000 lbs or more to tow certain rental trailers. Your vehicle must also have a 7-pin connector (round plug) and a brake controller for safety. - When can I pick up and return the trailer?
Pick-ups are Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Returns are possible Monday to Sunday according to our business hours. - Can I cancel my reservation without fees?
Yes. Cancellations 30 days or more before the departure date are free. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days or less before departure. - What if I want to return the trailer before the scheduled date?
You may return the trailer early, but unused days will not be refunded or deducted from the total reservation amount.

- Can you find the part I need using my trailer’s serial number?
Yes, if it is a frame part. For appliances (kitchen, toilet, awning, lights, etc.), we need the brand and model number of the appliance, as the trailer’s serial number alone is not sufficient. Contact our experts for personalized guidance. - Are all trailer parts standard?
No. Parts and appliances vary by brand and year. Very few parts are standard. We recommend having the brand and model number of the appliance to ensure accurate identification. - What happens if you don’t have the part in stock?
We place orders quickly. Generally, parts arrive within 2 business days, but special-order parts may take longer. Check with your parts advisor. - Can I clean my trailer with an all-purpose cleaner?
No. To preserve your trailer, use products designed for each specific material. Contact your parts advisor for proper cleaning recommendations.
