MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) is the price recommended by the manufacturer. It serves as a reference point, but the final price may vary depending on the brand, options, and included equipment.
Can my vehicle tow a travel trailer?
That depends on your vehicle and the trailer’s actual weight. If you’re unsure, our team can help you verify everything to ensure safe and compliant towing.

Pricing varies by model and length of stay, but generally ranges between $149 and $200 per day + taxes.
How do I reserve a travel trailer?
You can book online or contact us by email and we’ll assist you through the process.
Can I tow a rental trailer with my vehicle?
Yes, if your vehicle:

When can I pick up and return the trailer?

Pick-up: Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

What if I return the trailer early?
Unfortunately, unused days are not refundable.
Parts and Accessories
Can you find a part using my trailer’s serial number?
Yes, for structural (frame) parts.
For appliances (fridge, toilet, awning, lights, etc.), we need the brand and model number, not just the trailer’s serial number.
Are travel trailer parts universal?
No. Parts vary by brand and year. Very few parts are universal.
What if the part is not in stock?
We order it quickly. In most cases, parts arrive in about 2 business days, except for special orders.
Can I clean my trailer with an all-purpose cleaner?
It’s not recommended. Trailer materials require specialized products. Our team can recommend the right ones.

Do you service all travel trailer and RV brands?
Yes. We service all brands and work with all insurance companies.
Customers who purchased their unit from us are prioritized.

Do you offer mobile service?
Yes. We provide mobile repair service, depending on the trailer’s location. Pricing varies based on distance and type of repair.

What’s the difference between a travel trailer and an RV?
A travel trailer is a towable RV. The term RV also includes motorhomes and fifth wheels.
Do I need a special driver’s license in Québec?
