JOB OFFER – RV DELIVERY SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic RV Delivery Specialist to guide our clients through the delivery of their travel trailer or recreational vehicle.

The main responsibility of this role is to thoroughly explain how the recreational vehicle operates, answer customer questions, and ensure they leave confidently with their new purchase.

Training and guidance provided on-site.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome customers when they arrive to take delivery of their travel trailer or RV.
  • Clearly and thoroughly explain the different RV systems, including: electrical, plumbing, propane, awnings, heating and air conditioning systems, maintenance, and more.
  • Perform a complete demonstration of all interior and exterior equipment.
  • Answer customer questions and ensure they fully understand how their RV operates.
  • Ensure that all required documents are properly completed and signed.
  • Provide professional customer service.
  • Hitch the trailer to the customer's vehicle before departure.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the RV industry (required)
  • Customer service experience (required)
  • Bilingual French/English (required)
  • Self-motivated and autonomous
  • Strong team spirit
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Punctuality
